pink dragonfruit + spinach + adaptogens + collagen

serves YOU
GATHER
blender
2 packets frozen or 1 fresh pink pitaya (pink dragon fruit)
1/2 cup frozen spinach
banana
1/2 cup your favorite dairy free milk (I used almond)
1 scoop grassfed collagen peptides
1/4 tbsp reishi powder
MAKE
add everything to blender
blend - may need to adjust milk depending on desired thiccccness
pour into glass
TOP WITH your favorite grain free granola, nut butters, yogurt or whatever your cute little self desires.

why reishi?
