why reishi?

Reishi mushroom has been used in Eastern Medicine for centuries, and is also known as an adaptogen, or more simply an herb that helps your body adapt to stressors. This magical (legal) mushroom is all over Instagram because of it's superfood abilities to help with the following:

hormone balance

anxiety and depression

gut health

and about 1000 more things.

Reishi can be found most commonly in a powder form, that can be added in small doses to smoothies, yogurt, baked goods or literally whatever you want without affecting flavor.

i am not a doctor or nutritionist, do your own research to determine if you reishi can or should be supplemented into you or anyone's diet.
