Pork Belly
this pork belly should just be called pig butter because its creamy and dreamy AF

paleo + gluten free
cook time 1 hour
serves 2-4
GATHER
baking dish
raw pork belly
1 tbsp avocado oil
salt
pepper
smoked paprika
garlic powder
MAKE
preheat oven to 450
rub down pork belly with oil and seasonings
add to the baking dish
cook for 45-60 min
take out and let rest for 10 minutes
then slice and add to ramen or your favorite bowl, whatever you like!
