peach golden milk smoothie bowl
vegan + glutenfree + dairyfree* + paleo + refined sugar free

serves 1 smoothie bowl, 2 smoothies
1/2 cup coconut milk (any non dairy milk will work too)
1 tsp turmeric
2 cups frozen peaches
add all ingredients to the blender
blend until mixed together.
PRO TIP for a THICC ASS SMOOTHIE is to blend the frozen items FIRST and then add the frozen components slowly until desired consistency.
Pour into a bowl or cup and add all da toppings! I used yogurt, peanut butter, more peaches, berries, chia seeds but NO LIMITS add as much as you would like. The best thing about smoothie bowl is they are like a healthy ice cream sundae you can eat for breakfast!
