classic acai smoothie bowl

vegan + glutenfree + dairyfree* + paleo + refined sugar free

serves 1 smoothie bowl, 2 smoothies



1/4 cup coconut milk (any non dairy milk will work too)

1 frozen acai packet (TJs for the best price)

1 cup frozen berries

collagen (optional)


add all ingredients to the blender

blend until mixed together.

PRO TIP for a THICC ASS SMOOTHIE is to blend the frozen items FIRST and then add the frozen components slowly until desired consistency.

Pour into a bowl or cup and add all da toppings! I used sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, coconut shreds and bee pollen but NO LIMITS add as much or as little as you would like. 100% cure for that summertime saddness.
